Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Floviz ("the Service"), operated by Floviz ("we", "us", "our"). Headquarters: São Paulo, SP, Brazil. "You" means the person or organisation using the Service.

By browsing the catalog, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company or a production, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

We may change these terms as the product changes. Material changes to these Terms or to the privacy policy are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, and the revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Terms in force at the moment of a purchase govern that purchase.

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy anything here.

Accounts are managed through Supabase authentication. We store your email address, an optional display name and avatar, your role, and a Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your password in readable form.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and your mailbox secure. Purchases, downloads, and licenses are tied to the account that made them, and anyone with access to your mailbox can reach your purchases through a sign-in link.

You may also buy as a guest by supplying an email address. In that case we email you an access link tied to the order. That link is the only route to the file, it expires 365 days after purchase, and it should be treated as a password. Creating an account before or after buying gives you permanent library access instead.

One person or organisation, one account. Do not share accounts to spread a single license across a team — see the license terms for what a purchase actually covers.

Everything sold on Floviz is a digital file. Nothing is shipped. When you request a download we generate a signed URL that is valid for 60 seconds and points at the current version of the asset file. The link is single-purpose and expires whether or not you use it.

Downloads are rate-limited to 10 per account per hour. This protects the catalog from bulk extraction; it is not a cap on how many times you may retrieve something you own over its lifetime.

Every download is logged with the asset, the version, the account or order it belongs to, the originating IP address, the user agent, and a timestamp. These records exist to enforce licenses and investigate abuse, and are covered by the privacy policy.

Assets may be updated. Where a new version of an asset you own is published, your entitlement covers it. We do not guarantee that any specific version stays available indefinitely — keep your own copy of anything a live show depends on.

A purchase grants a license to use the asset. It does not transfer ownership or copyright. Each listing states whether it carries a commercial or personal license, and the full allowances and prohibitions are set out in the license terms, which form part of this agreement.

In every case, and regardless of license type: you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the source files themselves, transfer them to anyone outside the license — clients included — or upload them to another marketplace, asset library, or model training corpus. Which license you need is decided by how the asset is used, not by how large you are.

Reverse-engineering an asset to reproduce and distribute it as your own work is a breach of these terms even where the output is not a byte-for-byte copy.

We may revoke a license and terminate access for a material breach. Where the breach is inadvertent and correctable, we will say so and give you a chance to correct it first.

Every listing is reviewed by hand before it goes live. Review is a quality and suitability check by a working specialist — it is not a warranty that an asset will suit your project, your build of a tool, or your hardware. Read the specs and watch the preview before you buy.

Creator listings are not yet open; these Terms will be updated when they are.

If you believe something in the catalog infringes your rights, write to hello@floviz.live with the listing URL, a description of the work, and your basis for the claim. We will take the listing down while we investigate.

Use the site as it is meant to be used. Do not attempt to access files, orders, or accounts that are not yours; do not scrape or bulk-download the catalog; do not circumvent the rate limits, signed-URL expiry, or entitlement checks; do not probe or stress the infrastructure.

Do not use assets you have purchased, or the previews, renders, thumbnails, and descriptions published on the site, as training data for machine-learning or generative-AI models, and do not pass them to a third party for that purpose. This applies under every license type and to every part of the catalog.

Do not submit anything unlawful, and do not use the marketplace to launder payments or to distribute malware inside an asset bundle.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where we do, entitlements already paid for remain honoured unless the breach concerns the licenses themselves.

Everything sold here is digital content delivered immediately, not on a physical medium. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK you normally hold a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase.

By starting a download you expressly request that we begin performance immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose that statutory right of withdrawal once the download begins. We ask for that consent at the point of delivery, not buried at checkout.

This is without prejudice to our own refund policy, which is more generous than the law requires, and without prejudice to any statutory right that cannot be excluded — including remedies for digital content that is faulty or not as described.

We do not sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone, in any form, ever. There is no analytics tag and no advertising pixel on this site.

We do not train AI models on you or on what you bought. Not on buyer data, not on order or download records, not on the assets in the catalog. We expect the same of you — see section 7.

We do not share data between accounts. Your orders, entitlements, and download history are visible to you and to us, and to nobody else. Row-level security enforces it at the database, not just in the interface.

We do not use dark patterns. No subscription hidden inside a one-time purchase, no countdown pressure, no support maze. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
