Floviz / RefundsRefund policy

Refund policy

Assets are delivered the moment payment clears, which makes a returns process impossible in the ordinary sense — a downloaded file cannot be handed back. What follows is what we will and will not do instead, stated plainly enough that you know before you buy.

Last updated: July 27, 2026

CaseOutcome
WINDOW
14 days from purchase to raise a request.
NOT DOWNLOADED
Full refund, no questions asked, within the window.

DUPLICATE
Refunded in full, downloaded or not.
HOW TO ASK
Email hello@floviz.live, subject line “Refund request”.
PROCESSING
Decision within 48 hours — often faster. Stripe returns funds in 5–10 business days.
EFFECT
A refund revokes the license and removes the asset from your library automatically.

When we refund

You have not downloaded it. If you bought within the last 14 days and never generated a download link, ask and we will refund in full. Our download log settles this without argument.

The asset is broken. It fails to open, the file is corrupt, a dependency is missing, or it does not run in the tool version range printed on the listing. Downloaded or not, that is our problem, and we will fix it or refund it.

It is not what the listing said. Where the preview, specs, or description materially misrepresent what you received, you get a refund. "Materially" means a difference that would have changed your decision, not a difference of taste.

You were charged twice. Duplicate or accidental purchases of an asset you already own are refunded in full, whatever the download state.

When we do not

You downloaded it and changed your mind. Once the file is on your machine there is nothing to return. Every listing carries a motion preview and full specs precisely so this decision can be made before payment.

It did not suit the project. A working asset that is simply not the look you wanted is not a fault. Watch the preview, check the tool and version range.

Your hardware or build is the constraint. Real-time work is GPU-bound. If an asset runs as specified but not at the frame rate your rig delivers, that is outside the listing's promise. Ask us first — we will usually know.

The window has closed. Requests after 14 days are considered only where the asset is genuinely defective.

Statutory rights in your own country apply regardless of this policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, note that starting a download is an express request for immediate delivery and ends the statutory 14-day withdrawal right — the detail is in section 8 of the terms of service. This policy is more generous than that, and rights that cannot be excluded are not excluded here.

How to request one

Email hello@floviz.live from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". Include the asset title, the date of purchase or the Stripe receipt number, and one line on what went wrong. The support page lists everything worth putting in that first email.

If the asset is faulty, add the tool and version you are running and the error you hit. That single detail is usually the difference between a refund and a fix that gets you back to work the same day.

Contact us before opening a chargeback. A dispute freezes the order, takes weeks, and prevents us from simply refunding you. We would rather just sort it out.

What happens next

A person reads it. You get a decision within 48 hours — often faster — and if we need more from you we will say exactly what.

Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Stripe typically returns funds in 5 to 10 business days; the timing after that is your bank's.

When the refund settles, our system marks the order refunded and revokes your entitlement automatically. The asset leaves your library, the license ends, and any copy you still hold must be deleted.

Partial refunds do not revoke access — they are used only where we have agreed a discount rather than a reversal.

Something broken, or charged twice? Say so and it gets dealt with.
